Consulting is suggested every three to five years for any current home owner.  Includes an overview report of any suggested repairs that will prolong the life of the home and its value.  Termite report is available with this service at extra cost.  Evaluation report is generated on-site or mailed within 24 hours. If you are considering selling your home, lists of sale/staging tips are included with this service. Advice during my vist to the seller's home can make their selling and marketing less stressful. I can help explain tips on home staging and what a buyer's home inspection involves.
