With over 30 years of corporate inspection experience, home construction, and management in a fortune 100 company, I have the information and business knowledge needed to perform professional home inspections at or above all national home inspection standards. Completed 2 years of extensive training and consultation with a noted national/local home inspection company in 2002. I have been performing professional, comprehensive home inspections since the fall season of 2002.
Starting in 1970, I have built several homes in the Johnson County, KS area as my own primary residences. I recently completed building my current home in 2004 with noted Kansas City home builder Bruce L. Rieke. I am experienced in all types of major home repairs. Over the years I have replaced water lines, gas lines, hot water heaters, electrical wiring and switches, outlets, etc. I have replaced composite and wood shingle roofs. I am experienced with painting and caulking of all types of siding. I have poured concrete, preformed all types of plumbing and faucet repair, duct work, cabinet staining, deck building, landscaping, gutter repair, wood framing, insulation, etc. etc.
